Established in 1856, the Golden Age Hotel has a rich history dating back to the Gold Rush days, when it first began as a simple tent pub. Over time, it found its home at our current location on the main road to Adelaide, where it continues to serve locals and travellers alike with genuine country hospitality.
Just 30 minutes from Ballarat, we’re proud to be a true country pub offering classic counter meals seven days a week, with lunch from 12:00 to 2:00 PM and dinner from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Enjoy a relaxing drink from our selection of local wines and ice-cold beers in our Public Bar, Lounge and Bistro, or pick something up from our Bottle Shop.
